Connections Psychology is located on Level 1, 418 Kingsway, Caringbah.
There is free client parking which provides easy access to the rooms via a lift (accessibility for those with mobility issues), and we are also close to Caringbah train station (5-10 minute walk).

Fees & Rebates
Connections Psychology and Assessment is dedicated to providing accessible and quality care. We offer rates below the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommendation.
An initial consultation with Lisa is 60 minutes and the fee is $270.00 (this includes a 50-minute in session, and 10 minutes for notes and planning for ongoing therapy). For standard follow-up appointments the consultation is 60 minutes (includes 50-minutes of in-person and 10 minutes of clinical notes and therapy planning) and the fee is $240.00.
You are able to self-refer without a doctor’s referral, however, if you would prefer to access a Medicare rebate, you can provide a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP. This will then entitle you to 10 rebateable sessions within a calendar year, where you will receive approximately $101.55 rebate for each session.
If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim a rebate from your fund, depending on your cover level. We can provide a digital receipt, which you can upload to your fund in order to claim your rebate.
The full fee is payable at the time of the session.
Late Cancellation
At Connections Psychology and Assessment, we understand that unexpected cancellations can arise, however, if you need to reschedule or cancel our appointment, please call, text and/or email with at least 48-hours notice. Otherwise, a cancelation fee will apply.
